Karine Der Megerdichian is Tasting Thyme.

Her love for gastronomy and the culinary arts were crafted from a young age in her grandmother’s kitchen.

Der Megerdichian previously served as a culinary expert at Williams-Sonoma Beverly Hills, participated in Food & Wine festivals, worked as a chef at renowned Los Angeles restaurants Maison Giraud and AOC, and has plied her trade alongside Suzanne Goin, James Beard, and Michelin Award winners to push the limits of her culinary craft. Her desire is to constantly refine her expertise in the art of combining unique flavors to make the eating experience a most pleasurable and memorable one. Her travels through Europe and her interactions with the locals have instilled in her the ethic of using ingredients around you to ensure freshness and a sense of connectedness to the land. 

Tasting Thyme is about a unique gourmet food experience. Our services range from catering any type of event to providing your next meal at home. Everything is made fresh and we also provide a gluten-free menu. Nothing is canned, fried or frozen. We also offer specialty sauces, appetizers, snacks, desserts and tea blends.

Karine is available to cater your next event as well as provide personal chef services and a made-to-order menu upon request.
